Home baking recipe#1

Hey Guys, here is my first recipe up on my blog sorry there's no photos but I'll try put photos on the other ones! Please try this at home and tell me how it went and if you found anything to put it with as well as my ideas at the bottom of the page.
Today's recipe: Cheesy Chicken Parsley Bites

Ingredients:

6 slices of bread (crusts removed)
2 tablespoons of parsley (chopped)
1/2 cup finely grated cheese
3 tablespoons melted butter
3 eggs beaten
3 skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite sized pieces)

First process the bread into bread crumbs, then put the crumbs into a shallow dish and mix in the parsley and grated cheese. In another deeper dish put in the three eggs. And then, a few at a time, dip the chicken pieces into the eggs and then roll the eggy chicken in the bread crumbs making sure that you get a good amount of bread crumbs on the piece of chicken then place the chicken pieces on a oven tray, when they are all on put them in the oven on 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy on top.
Serve with a nice fresh salad and the sauces below for a fresh lunch or a light dinner or just have them with the sauces for a fancy snack

  1. Hi Grace
This looks like a good recipe. Just a suggestion maybe write what the meal is called, it doesn't say anyway what it actually is. I'm going to try and make this sometime this week. Greer
